That is why I was hoping to not offend...Thank you! That is why I was hoping to not offend anyone by posting the before pictures & "complaining" about how I needed to get fit. I have many people that are close to me (friends & family) that I know would be happy to be 135 lbs. I think there comes a point that we can no longer put off doing what is healthy for our body. I never ate horribly, but I knew my diet could use the most improvement. I weighed 156 lbs. the day I gave birth to my daughter and prior to my pregnancy, I never weighed over 135 lbs. I used to be very lean and had nice muscle tone and averaged about 125 lbs. It's hard to look back at those photos and then look in the mirror. I finally decided I wasn't going to allow the scale to increase one more pound. I'm a full time student and mother of a toddler (who keeps me very busy!) so finding time to workout has been a challenge for me. Some nights I have to go to the gym at 11 pm, but that is a sacrifice I am willing to make to achieve my fitness goals. I am not a personal trainer (maybe someday I will be), but if you need some help, guidance or motivation just let me know. I will do what I can :)Little Susie Homemakerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03493638208098022733noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4869820694432256810.post-85045309793226550612012-09-30T14:46:32.815-07:002012-09-30T14:46:32.815-07:00I would seriously be happy to look like your befor...I would seriously be happy to look like your before pictures, but I am so happy for you that you are getting fit and strong.
